It features out-of-the-box product catalog and shopping cart functionality that allows web developers to setup, run, and maintain an online store with little or no costs, license fees, or limitations. Some assembly required. The PayPal-enabled Starter Kit offers .NET developers of all skill levels the ability to quickly get started with thier own customizable, e-commerce storefront. The project takes advantage of new features of the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and supports PayPal Pro (Direct Payment API and Express Checkout) for payment processing. The following pre-built e-commerce features are included: Product catalog & shopping cart Product inventory & order management Credit card processing via PayPal Pro Login and anonymous shopping (PayPal account not required for customers) Simple shipping and sales tax calculation Customer purchase history Usage logs The PayPal-enabled Commerce Starter Kit is supported by WekeRoad with continual involvement by both PayPal and Microsoft.
